Called to register my son (2y/o) as an NHS patient and immediately got an appointment. Does not accept any new adult NHS appointments but offered me to be on a waiting list. Shortly after booking our appointment I received an email where they have a link to fill out online forms. We arrived 20 mins early and waited until our appointment time. It was a quick check up just looked at my son's teeth and counted it for record. Hitesh and his assistant was really nice and gentle with my son. They let us take pictures of my son on the chair as it's my son's first appointment. They gave him a sticker and wished him happy birthday in advance which is a couple of months away. The practice is clean and uncluttered and we had a nice experience.

I had a molar extraction today and I was terrified. My lovely dentist Jenny and the nurse with her, made this experience so much easier. They really were so kind/compassionate and calming. The reception staff are lovely too. I've been seeing Jenny for years now and would not want to see anyone else. Thank you so much for today. You were all truly wonderful.

Dr Chawla is the best dentist I've ever had. He was calm came with a plan on how to remove the pain and clean the teeth, was very detailed. Can speak punjabi to my mum to calm her and provide the best service. I couldn't ask for more. Went above and beyond.

After a night in pain and no help from NHS 111. I called the receptionist asking for help. Politely and encouragingly she took all my details and later that day the dentist called and gave me a prescription. 24 hours later I was in the chair. Fantastic service and made me feel very comfortable. Also booked me in again for the following Friday to complete dentistry required. I cannot thank the staff and dentist enough.

Couldn't thank them enough! Every time I have gone they always have a smile on their face! They have truly restored my faith in the dentist and I don't mind calling up or going to an appointment due to the fact I know I'll be treated well! Thank you all so much!
